- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Lead leading development teams.
- Strong hands‑on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core/.NET 8, and React.js.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs, Microservices, and integrating applications through API Gateway.
- Experience with event‑driven architectures using Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Azure Dev Ops, and Agile development practices.
- Ability to perform code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Lead a team of .NET and React developers to deliver high‑quality applications.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and Dev Ops teams to deliver solutions.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and Microservices.
- Implement integration solutions using messaging technologies such as Azure Service Bus or RabbitMQ.
- Participate in solution design, effort estimation, and sprint planning.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization.
- Support production deployments and resolve complex technical issues.
