We are looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer who will take ownership of backend architecture and system performance. You are not just writing code you are designing systems that scale. You will work closely with frontend engineers, Dev Ops teams and product stakeholders to deliver robust and efficient solutions.

We use modern backend technologies including Node.js, Python, microservices architecture, REST APIs and cloud platforms such as AWS.

• Backend Architecture:
  Design and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs that support high traffic applications.
• System Development:
  Build secure, reliable and high-performance services using modern backend frameworks and technologies.
• Database Management:
  Design, optimize and manage relational and non relational databases ensuring performance and data integrity.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with frontend engineers, Dev Ops and product teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Performance Optimization:
  Identify bottlenecks and improve system performance, scalability and reliability.

5 plus years of experience in backend software development with strong exposure to distributed systems.

Strong experience with Node.js or Python, REST APIs, microservices and database systems such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.

Hands‑on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms and containerization tools such as Docker.

Strong analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.

Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clearly explain technical concepts.
