OpenWay Way4 Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer Open Way Way4 to design develop enhance and support the Bank s card processing platform The role involves implementing new features supporting production systems participating in migration projects and collaborating with business operations and vendors to deliver secure scalable and compliant payment solutions.

• Develop and enhance applications on the Open Way Way4 platform.
• Configure and support card issuing, acquiring, prepaid, and tokenization solutions.
• Participate in migration from legacy Card Management Systems (CMS) to Way
  4.
• Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions.
• Perform data migration, validation, and system integration.
• Provide production support, incident resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with business teams, project stakeholders, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with Visa, Mastercard, EMV, PCI-DSS, and regulatory standards.
• Support testing, certification, deployment, and system optimization.

• 8+ years of experience with Open Way Way
  4.
• Strong knowledge of card issuing, acquiring, prepaid, switching, and tokenization.
• Experience with legacy CMS to Way4 migration.
• Good understanding of payment processing, authorization, clearing, and settlement.
• Experience with Visa, Mastercard, EMV, PCI-DSS, 3D Secure (3DS), ACS, and HSM.
• Strong troubleshooting, production support, and incident management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Banking or financial services domain.
• Experience with payment scheme certification and ATM/POS acquiring.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise system integrations.
