Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of the Python/FastAPI Core System.
- Define the system architecture, coding standards, security controls, and integration approach.
- Allocate tasks and supervise the Backend and Frontend Developers.
- Review source code and ensure its quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Coordinate system integration with internal and external platforms.
- Support testing, deployment, data migration, and post-implementation activities.
- Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and report implementation risks.
- Maintain proper technical documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Experience leading software development teams and implementing enterprise-level systems.
- Knowledge of secure coding, version control, testing, deployment, and Dev Ops practices.
- Experience in financial, banking, exchange, or remittance systems is preferred.
