Experience:
3+ years | Enterprise AI & Power Platform (Total Year of Experience 7+Years)
- Design, build & deploy intelligent AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Develop enterprise copilots and conversational AI solutions
- Integrate with Microsoft 365, Teams, Share Point, Power Apps, Power Automate & Dataverse
- Connect enterprise systems using APIs, connectors & Azure services
- Develop prompts, grounding strategies, knowledge sources & AI workflows
- Implement RAG, Generative AI & AI governance practices
- Work with business stakeholders and SMEs to translate requirements into AI solutions
- Test, troubleshoot, optimize and document enterprise Copilot solutions
- Microsoft Copilot Studio – Mandatory
- 3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience
- Power Automate | Power Apps | Dataverse
- Microsoft 365 | Teams | Share Point
- Azure AI Services / Azure
- APIs & enterprise integrations
- Generative AI | Prompt Engineering | RAG
- AI governance & security concepts
- Strong stakeholder management & problem-solving skills

- Agentic AI & conversational design knowledge
