STATERA Middle East is looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join a strategic 1-year project in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, test, and deploy AI solutions in real-world environments
- Develop Generative AI and LLM-based applications
- Translate business requirements into practical and scalable AI solutions
- Design and optimize prompts and AI workflows
- Evaluate LLM and AI model performance, quality, accuracy, and reliability
- Define and execute AI model evaluation and validation approaches
- Support the integration and deployment of AI solutions into production environments
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the AI solution lifecycle
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI Engineering / Machine Learning
- Strong practical experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Strong knowledge of AI/LLM evaluation and testing methodologies
- Experience building and deploying end-to-end AI solutions
- Ability to translate business use cases into working AI applications
- Strong understanding of model performance, validation, and real-world AI use cases
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with modern AI/LLM frameworks and APIs
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases
- Experience with Lang Chain, Llama Index or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps and cloud environments
Project duration: 1 year
