Senior APEX/ADF Programmer

About The Role
We're looking for a Senior APEX / ADF Programmer to design and implement Oracle APEX and Oracle ADF applications, including data models, user interfaces, and integrations. You'll ensure usability, security, and performance, integrate with enterprise systems, and support production operations.
Key Responsibilities- Design applications using Oracle APEX and Oracle ADF frameworks
- Develop APEX pages, ADF task flows, and reusable components
- Write PL/SQL packages, triggers, and database functions
- Integrate with REST/SOAP web services and enterprise systems
- Apply UI/UX standards, localization requirements, and accessibility
- Implement session protection and data-level security
- Manage deployments across DEV/UAT/PROD environments
- Prepare documentation and user manuals
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency
- Recommend modernization improvements
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle APEX
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle ADF
- Strong hands-on skills:
Oracle APEX, ADF, PL/SQL, REST/SOAP, Web Logic, UI design, performance tuning
- Oracle ADF/Java or APEX certification
- Prior experience delivering projects for government or public-sector clients in the Middle East
- Fluency in Arabic and English
