We're looking for an AI Software Engineer – Full Stack Developer (Java, React) to join our team in Doha, Qatar in an onsite working mode. This role focuses on enabling AI-assisted delivery by implementing cutting-edge solutions, driving adoption of Spec-Driven Development (SDD), and integrating agentic AI capabilities in collaboration with architects and engineering leaders. Your work will have a direct impact on accelerating software engineering productivity, ensuring reliability, and embedding responsible AI practices into enterprise-grade systems.
Responsibilities Contribute to AI architectures, ensuring pragmatic integration of RAG, agents, and automation into microservices and enterprise platforms
Implement and embed Spec-Driven Development (SDD) templates and governance into delivery workflows
Build and maintain agentic AI use cases and implement guardrails for responsible AI adoption
Deliver production-grade AI integrations, including LLMs, retrieval, and embeddings within Java/Spring Boot services
Ensure observability, version management, and CI/CD readiness for prompts, models, and specs
Deploy and operate solutions on AKS and Azure environments with best practices for stability and security
Assist with KPI tracking related to AI-enabled delivery for adoption, quality, and risk management
Share knowledge through playbooks, training, and mentoring across engineering teams
Implement security, data handling controls, and responsible AI constraints in production environments
Requirements5+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and microservices
Experience with React Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, databases (preferably Oracle/PLSQL), Kafka, and Git-based workflows1–2+ years of experience in LLM-based solutions, RAG architectures, or agentic systems in production or enterprise pilots
Understanding of Spec-Driven Development concepts and governance practices
Experience with Azure services (AKS, Web Apps) and CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab preferred)
Familiarity with LLM providers, prompt engineering, and techniques for evaluation and testing
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams
Nice to have Practical experience applying SDD in enterprise-level projects
Knowledge of implementing observability in AI pipelines and secure rollouts
