Overview

To provide effective training to all employees of Aspire Zone President Office, with a specific emphasis on the corporate training programme and adherence training to quality initiatives.

• Effectively delivers required training to multiple audiences within a structured timeline.
• Utilise experiential exercises to increase awareness, modify attitudes, challenge misconceptions and facilitate learning and mastery of both knowledge and skills for the audience.
• Use appropriate competency checks during learning programme to confirm audience understands the key messages.
• Ensure each audience understands the value of learning on offer and they are aware of their responsibility to: participate, live Aspire Zone values, contribute, consider application in the workplace and listen to others.
• Facilitate learning in a style that involves the audience and draws on their experience and skill sets, ensure audience participation occurs.
• Utilise group facilitation strategies that promote the development of a safe, learner-centered environment, group cohesion, comfort with risk taking, and commitment to common learning objectives.
• Maintain the training calendar to ensure participation is maximised for all Aspire Zone President Office employees.
• Develop training material alongside Senior Learning & Development Specialist and co-ordinate the documentation using appropriate formatting for delivery.
• Ensure the most appropriate medium is used for learning materials such as Learning Plans, Workbooks, presentations, e-learning, etc.
• Research information to guide learning theories and develop effective programmes.
• Ensure all participants sign the attendance sheets to maintain accurate records.
• Provide participants with attendance certificates and ensure copies are placed on personnel files.
• Ensure all participants are included monthly learning and developmental records.
• Ensure absenteeism
