• Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with guests and members to support their fitness goals.
• Ensure correct and safe use of exercise equipment, monitoring for misuse and enforcing safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the fitness area, ensuring it is free of hazards.
• Promote and sell memberships, spa services, treatments, programs, and promotions.
• Engage with guests of all ages and abilities, offering encouragement and ensuring ongoing use of facilities.
• Provide emergency first aid when required and promptly report incidents to management.
• Assist in achieving departmental targets by working closely with the Spa & Wellness team.
• Maintain accurate membership records and perform administrative duties in an organized manner.
• Respond professionally and courteously to guest inquiries, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Assist in other spa and fitness operations as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
