We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our luxury wellness team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional, personalized spa treatments in a serene and beautifully appointed environment. • Provide a comprehensive range of high-quality spa treatments, including massage therapy, facials, body therapies, and customized wellness rituals tailored to each guest's individual needs and preferences
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand health history, concerns, and desired outcomes, ensuring treatments are personalized and safe
• Maintain exceptional standards of professionalism, hygiene, and presentation at all times, adhering to spa protocols and industry best practices
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and calming atmosphere that promotes relaxation and trust with every client interaction
• Communicate effectively with guests about treatment options, benefits, and aftercare recommendations in a clear and empathetic manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and share knowledge about wellness modalities and client preferences
• Manage time efficiently to deliver treatments on schedule while maintaining the quality and attention to detail each guest deserves
• Stay organized with client records, treatment notes, and inventory management while maintaining strict confidentiality
• Continuously develop your skill set through professional development and staying current with emerging wellness trends and techniques
• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and fostering a culture of excellence and mutual respect

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a luxury spa environment
• Valid spa therapy certification or license (or equivalent qualification recognized in Qatar)
• Demonstrated expertise in massage and bodywork therapies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a 5-star service mindset
• Strong physical stamina and dexterity to perform treatments effectively
• Comprehensive knowledge of spa hygiene standards, safety protocols, and client confidentiality requirements
• Proven ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs and preferences
• Professional presentation and demeanor that reflects luxury hospitality standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in natural therapy modalities or complementary wellness practices
• Training or facilitation experience in yoga, meditation, or breathwork
• Certified expertise in advanced facial treatments and beauty therapies
• Multilingual capabilities, particularly Arabic and English (highly valued in Doha)
• Experience working with diverse, international clientele
• Knowledge of Ayurvedic, Thai, or other specialized massage techniques
• Familiarity with spa management systems and booking software
• Professional development certifications in wellness coaching or holistic health practices
