  • Define optimal fleet mix, size, and renewal plans aligned with customer contracts and operational requirements.
  • Manage aircraft acquisition campaigns, including OEM and lessor negotiations.
  • Evaluate lease vs purchase options, PBH packages, and lifecycle cost models.
  • Oversee aircraft phase‑in/phase‑out programs and ensure compliance with QCAA and international regulations.
  • Support tender submissions with fleet capability, performance, and cost analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, CAMO, and Commercial teams to ensure fleet readiness and availability.
  • Prepare Board‑level fleet strategy papers, investment proposals, and market intelligence reports.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, Economics, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • 8‑10+ years of experience in fleet planning, aircraft acquisition, aviation consulting, or rotary‑wing operations.
  • Strong understanding of helicopter performance, maintenance economics, and mission suitability.
  • Proven experience working with Airbus Helicopters, Leonardo, Sikorsky, Bell, or major lessors.
  • Solid financial modelling skills and familiarity with PBH, maintenance reserves, and lifecycle cost structures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex fleet transitions in a high‑reliability, safety‑focused environment.
