We are looking for an experienced Senior Freight Operations Officer to lead and oversee the daily operations of our freight forwarding business in Qatar.

This is a senior, hands‑on role where you’ll play a key part in driving operational excellence across air, sea, and land freight, while ensuring compliance with Qatari, GCC, and international trade regulations.

• Manage full‑cycle shipment operations: booking, documentation, customs clearance, and cargo tracking.
• Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate rates with airlines, shipping lines, and trucking partners.
• Ensure compliance with customs, and global supply chain practices.
• Oversee commercial invoices, billing, and financial documentation.
• Build strong vendor and stakeholder relationships across the logistics ecosystem.
• Lead and guide operational staff, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of proven experience in freight forwarding (air, sea, and land).
• Strong knowledge of Qatari & GCC customs clearance procedures.
• Proficiency in freight management systems and ERP tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
• Driving License is an advantage.
