Responsibilities
To manage the administrative work of aggregate trading operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage applications for vessel suitability and prepare post-loading document sets for berthing clearance.
Maintain and update monthly vessel statistics to support strategic decision-making.
Liaise with the Procurement department to generate Purchase Orders for the local acquisition of materials.
Coordinate directly with local suppliers to collect and verify ticket details (weight bridge tickets, delivery notes) for all locally purchased materials.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date Import Databases, ensuring every shipment is logged in.
Process Lab and Clearance Agent invoices by securing POs and internal approvals for the Accounts team.
Prepare quotations and enter customer orders into the system.
Document and distribute daily summaries of all material collected from the QPMC yard.
Perform daily sorting and uploading of QPMC data into the weighbridge database.
Reconcile the QPMC system data with weighbridge data to ensure zero discrepancy in material volumes.
Educational
Qualification:
Graduate or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or business administration.
Number of years of experience: 1 year.
Specialized trainings required (if any):
Area of experience required:
Hands‑on experience with Bills of Lading, Manifests, Certificates of Origin, and Vessel Suitability applications.
Experience in reconciling material flow (weighbridge tickets) against digital records (ERP systems).
