Responsibilities
- Equipment Management:
Ensure all necessary equipment, tools, and supplies are available, maintained, and in working order. Coordinate the procurement and inventory of additional resources as needed. - Operational Assistance:
Provide on-site and remote support during missions to ensure smooth operations. - Data Management:
Assist in the collection, storage, and documentation of data gathered during missions. Ensure data is accurately recorded and readily accessible for analysis and reporting. - Communication Facilitation:
Serve as a liaison among team members, fostering effective communication and coordination. Schedule and organize meetings, briefings, and debriefings. - Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of logistical activities, equipment usage, and support actions. Contribute to the preparation of reports on mission progress, outcomes, and operational efficiency. - Training and Support:
Provide training and support to team members on logistical procedures, equipment handling, and safety protocols. Ensure team members are well-prepared for operational tasks. - Compliance and Safety:
Support the implementation and monitoring of safety protocols and procedures. Ensure all logistical activities comply with relevant safety standards and regulations, promoting a safe working environment. - Problem-Solving:
Address and resolve logistical challenges and operational issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the mission. - Resource Optimization:
Efficiently manage and allocate resources to maximize operational effectiveness and cost-efficiency during ROV mission.
Education & Professional
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, marine or equivalent
Professional
Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of similar experience in ROV operations
Computer & Language
Skills:
- Good knowledge of Office and web applications
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
- Strong leadership/project management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
