- Manage operational calls, emails, records, and documentation to support daily ULD control activities
- Inspect ULDs and tie-down equipment prior to departure from Doha to ensure serviceability and compliance with safety standards
- Monitor and control ULD and tie-down equipment stock levels across the network to meet operational requirements
- Oversee storage and handling of ULDs to prevent damage and arrange repairs when required
- Track and manage the movement of approximately 48000 ULD units across the cargo network
- Ensure ULD stock files are accurately updated with movement, positioning, and availability data
- Coordinate ULD requirements for charters, offline stations, and new stations, including leasing with other airlines
- Maintain records of scrapped ULDs and manage disposal and cost recovery processes for damaged units
- Control specialized ULD products including VCBS, FCCs, PWGs, and VRKs through effective planning
- Manage interline ULD handovers to avoid operational and financial liability
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Head of Department
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Experience in load control, ramp handling, and ULD management
- Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Working knowledge of IATA regulations related to cargo and ULD operations
