• Manage landside duty operations during assigned shifts including curbside, access roads, metro connectivity, tunnels, parking areas, and public facilities.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure service delivery aligns with airport standards.
• Conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols across departures and arrivals zones to maintain smooth traffic flow.
• Perform routine inspections and spot checks of landside facilities and infrastructure.
• Report faults to the relevant reporting center and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Attend and manage landside incidents and accidents during shift operations and prepare detailed reports.
• Oversee taxi, limousine, shuttle bus services, and event logistics coordination.
• Ensure all airport users receive high standards of customer service within landside areas.
• Support operational continuity of utilities, parking structures, service stations, and public areas.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience with at least 2 years in an airport environment.
• Valid Qatari driving license.
• Strong understanding of airport landside operations and logistics management.
• Ability to handle incidents and operational challenges effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
