• Define and implement the operational framework for interline and partnership activities in collaboration with partner airlines and internal stakeholders.
• Develop joint processes and compliance standards that enhance efficiency while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Establish communication channels with partner airlines, ground handling agents, and regional cargo teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead operational readiness for new partnerships, startups, and expansions by coordinating with regional and hub operations teams.
• Drive process optimization initiatives that reduce duplication, handling costs, and service disruptions.
• Oversee IT setup and system interface development for interline visibility, performance monitoring, and messaging compliance.
• Act as the focal point for escalations related to operational or logistical challenges across the cargo network.
• Support and monitor SOP implementation with GHAs and ensure procedural alignment where Qatar Airways Cargo staff are not present.
• Evaluate partnership performance and recommend strategies to improve service, compliance, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with performance reporting teams to enhance data-driven insights for senior management.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in airline partnerships, interline management, or cargo operations.
• Deep understanding of the global air cargo landscape and interline procedures.
• Proven negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills in a multinational environment.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and IT teams.
