- Conduct regular inspections of runways, taxiways, aprons, and service roads to ensure safe airside operations
- Monitor and manage Foreign Object Debris through inspections, campaigns, and removal actions
- Monitor and control bird and wildlife hazards within the airfield environment
- Ensure airfield markings, signage, lighting, and operational facilities are serviceable and compliant
- Coordinate fault and deficiency reporting with relevant departments and follow up on corrective actions
- Monitor compliance with airside driving and safety rules and issue traffic citations when violations occur
- Direct airside traffic at service road and taxiway intersections, congested zones, and emergency situations
- Respond to airside incidents and accidents involving aircraft, vehicles, or personnel and prepare investigation reports with preventive recommendations
- Escort unfamiliar vehicles accessing airside areas to prevent unsafe situations
- High School, Vocational Qualification, or Diploma with at least 4 years of relevant aviation experience
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Airport or airline safety and security training certification
- Airport or airline operations training including passenger, ramp, and cargo operations
- Valid Qatar Driving License or home country driving license
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience within airline operations or aerodrome environments
- Strong knowledge of airport operations, safety regulations, ramp operations, and cargo restricted articles
- Good understanding of ICAO standards, recommended practices, and CAA regulations
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal
