- Develop and maintain advanced data models to analyze operational datasets and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Utilise airspace, ground, and FIR fast‑time simulation tools to evaluate airspace design changes and operational impact
- Monitor data collection processes and enforce data quality, accuracy, and consistency controls
- Produce clear visualisations, dashboards, and analytical reports to support operational and strategic decision‑making
- Support transition to self‑service business intelligence across Navigation Services teams
- Contribute technical expertise and training on analytics tools and data interpretation
- Stay current with data science, analytics, and air traffic management developments
- Collaborate with flight operations and navigation stakeholders to deliver optimisation initiatives
- University or college qualification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- ATPL, CPL, Flight Dispatch, ATC, or ATM certification preferred
- Experience with in an ATM environment with an ANSP or airline flight operations
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
- Experience with advanced data modelling and ATC fast‑time simulation software
- Strong knowledge of ICAO documentation, CNS‑ATM technologies, and airspace planning
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in English
