Duty Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch & Coordination
• Prepare driver duty rosters and communicate daily trips and assignments to drivers
• Customer Service:
  Answer incoming calls and respond to emails memos in both English and Arabic
• Passenger Updates:
  Provide real-time updates to end-users regarding transport requests and follow up on request status
• Fleet Monitoring:
  Utilize GPS monitoring systems to track vehicles and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Fleet Maintenance:
  Coordinate with the maintenance team for routine services, breakdowns, or vehicle replacements due to accidents
• Administrative Support:
  Maintain records of vehicle keys, track traffic violations, and handle office supply needs
• Record Keeping:
  Prepare accident reports, memos, and files for retrieval when required by the Administrator

Rotational:
Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts.

• Communication:
  Fluent in English and Arabic (Speaking, Reading, Writing).

  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and the ability to operate online transport portals and GPS tracking websites.

  Strong ability to multitask and provide directions/guidance to drivers regarding pick-up and drop-off points.
