• Deliver exceptional onboard customer service in line with Qatar Airways service excellence standards
• Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout all phases of the flight
• Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures consistently
• Demonstrate professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and confidence when engaging with passengers
• Act as a brand ambassador for Qatar Airways at all times

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Ability to reach a minimum arm height of 212 cm with arms fully extended
• High school certificate with official documentation
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
• Good physical fitness and overall health
• Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar
