• Monitor aircraft technical defects across the Qatar Executive commercial fleet to improve dispatch reliability
• Support 24x7 MOCC operations on a shift basis and report to the QE MOCC Lead Engineer
• Maintain accurate shift logs and handover documentation to ensure continuity of information
• Follow QE MOCC operational procedures and standards at all times
• Communicate aircraft defects that may impact schedules to QE Senior Manager CAMO and agree on corrective actions
• Analyze repetitive defects and propose technical solutions to improve fleet reliability
• Coordinate with QE CAMO to recommend adjustments to maintenance task frequencies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Disseminate aircraft technical discrepancy information to QE IOC, Fleet Management, and QE CAMO
• Coordinate maintenance support with contracted and non-contracted MROs to ensure continued airworthiness
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with QE Continued Maintenance Organization Exposition requirements
• Liaise with Supply Chain to arrange parts and materials required for rectification of defects away from base

• Diploma or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience
• Minimum 5 years of certifying experience including at least 4 years in MOCC operations
• Type rating preferred on Gulfstream G650ER
  or Bombardier Global BD700 aircraft
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a 24x7 operational environment
