• Dispatch assigned flights on time according to airline specifications, galley loading plans, and food safety standards.
• Operate light and heavy vehicles in compliance with speed limits, seat belt use, and airside and landside regulations.
• Align catering high loaders safely to aircraft or unit docks using approved procedures.
• Place safety cones and chocks correctly during aircraft alignment.
• Safeguard assigned tablet, radio, mobile device, and personal protective equipment.
• Complete driver movement sheets accurately for every shift.
• Maintain driver cabin cleanliness and prevent foreign object debris or food contamination.
• Inspect vehicles and report damage or defects promptly to shift in charge.
• Load and offload catering equipment and supplies safely as per customer requirements.
• Conduct proper handover and sign-off of vehicles at shift change.
• Coordinate vehicle refueling prior to sign-out as required.
• Support catering for charter, Amiri, VIP, and private aircraft operations.
• Adhere to ramp safety and marshalling procedures while operating high loaders.
• Communicate timely updates to transport supervisors regarding operations or incidents.
• Prepare clear reports for flight delays, accidents, or incidents.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during emergencies.
• Perform additional duties as directed by department management.

• High school qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience operating airline catering high loaders, hi-lift trucks, or equivalent ground support equipment.
• Valid home country trailer or heavy-goods vehicle driving license.
• Knowledge of airside and ramp safety procedures.
• Experience operating hydraulic vehicles preferred.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in shift-based operations.
