Equipment Operator is a hands‑on warehouse operations role with Qatar Airways Group in Doha, Qatar, supporting high-volume retail and logistics operations. This position focuses on safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment to ensure smooth stock movement, storage, and availability across warehouse and retail locations.

- Operate diesel and electric forklifts, VNA, reach trucks, and order pickers safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, and store pallets, stock, and display units across warehouse locations
- Drive diesel forklifts on airside service roads in compliance with safety regulations
- Ensure rapid and safe unloading of containers to support timely receiving processes
- Store pallets correctly on racking systems in line with warehouse safety standards
- Perform accurate order picking to ensure timely dispatch of goods to retail outlets
- Load and unload oversized display units carefully to prevent damage
- Conduct daily safety and maintenance checks on assigned equipment
- Ensure batteries are charged and equipment is available during peak operations
- Store and clean equipment safely as per operational schedules
- High school qualification with minimum 1 year of job‑related experience, or bachelor's degree with no prior experience
- Forklift driving experience in high‑density warehouse environments
- Valid Qatar forklift license
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Physically fit and capable of handling heavy loads
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to safety
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with a proactive work attitude
- VNA and reach truck experience is an advantage
