- Maintain fiscal and quality compliance across goods receiving, storage, internal distribution, portioning, and dispatch processes
- Verify stores receiving and issuing activities on all shifts and act as a key point of contact for material supervisors and stakeholders
- Investigate material variance reports and lead corrective actions supported by data analysis and action plans
- Implement and monitor internal control measures for material movement and usage within operations
- Maintain accurate variance records for audit requirements and trend analysis
- Collaborate with business improvement and store management teams to reduce waste and apply Lean 5S and waste removal practices
- Analyse daily consumption, wastage, and substitution reports to drive operational improvements
- Assess substitutions to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare material control analysis and performance reports to improve efficiency and compliance
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and support the review and development of SOPs when required
- Review inventory regularly to identify slow-moving, obsolete, or surplus materials and recommend sale, loan, or exchange options
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of food safety management principles
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in an operational environment
- Strong managerial skills including delegation, workflow management, mentoring, coaching, and team development
