• Conceptualize, design, and implement comprehensive way finding systems across airport premises
• Develop detailed signage plans, navigation maps, directional cues, and supporting graphics
• Conduct on-site assessments to understand spatial challenges and passenger navigation behavior
• Ensure continuous upkeep and improvement of way finding systems within live airport operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align way finding solutions with operational efficiency and user experience goals
• Oversee production, installation, and quality control of way finding elements
• Apply user experience, spatial design, and graphic communication principles to complex environments

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• 3 to 5 years of specialized experience in way finding design systems
• Background in large-scale infrastructure, airport, or transportation projects
• Experience in project or program management within complex operational environments
• Strong understanding of user experience, spatial planning, and visual communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
