• Supervise daily catering store operations to support timely flight departures and arrivals.
• Order, receive, store, and issue dry stores, linen, equipment, and beverages as per operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock records, ensure inventory control, and conduct periodic stock checks.
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure perishable and non-consumable items are properly managed.
• Ensure store rooms and storage facilities remain organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
• Coordinate with Finance for annual inventory audits and stock reporting.
• Oversee vehicle cleanliness and maintenance within the Catering Stores fleet.
• Interact with suppliers, catering teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• Minimum high school qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a catering or store environment, preferably within an airline.
• Proficient in stock control and inventory management systems.
• Computer literate, with good command of Excel and spreadsheets; knowledge of Oracle is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced and safety‑critical environment.
