• Coordinate and administer aircraft maintenance work packages for line and base maintenance operations.
• Support production planning, fleet planning, aircraft maintenance programme, and technical records functions.
• Ensure smooth execution of scheduled maintenance activities and timely aircraft release.
• Verify compliance of maintenance packages with regulatory and cost control requirements.
• Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and aircraft downtime for scheduled tasks.
• Review completed work packages for accuracy, proper sign-offs, and documentation completeness.
• Update aircraft technical log data and component transactions in TRAX system.
• Compile and implement aircraft maintenance programme amendments under planning engineer guidance.
• Upload airworthiness directives and feedback data into company systems.
• Maintain and archive aircraft technical records in line with aviation authority and company standards.

• Diploma in aircraft maintenance, trade or vocational aircraft maintenance qualification, or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 5 years aviation experience, with at least 4 years in production planning, fleet planning, aircraft maintenance programme, or technical records environment.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, including Part 145 and Part M.
• Experience working with maintenance planning systems such as TRAX.
• Advanced user of MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
