- Coordinate and administer aircraft maintenance work packages for line and base maintenance operations.
- Support production planning, fleet planning, aircraft maintenance programme, and technical records functions.
- Ensure smooth execution of scheduled maintenance activities and timely aircraft release.
- Verify compliance of maintenance packages with regulatory and cost control requirements.
- Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and aircraft downtime for scheduled tasks.
- Review completed work packages for accuracy, proper sign-offs, and documentation completeness.
- Update aircraft technical log data and component transactions in TRAX system.
- Compile and implement aircraft maintenance programme amendments under planning engineer guidance.
- Upload airworthiness directives and feedback data into company systems.
- Maintain and archive aircraft technical records in line with aviation authority and company standards.
- Diploma in aircraft maintenance, trade or vocational aircraft maintenance qualification, or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 5 years aviation experience, with at least 4 years in production planning, fleet planning, aircraft maintenance programme, or technical records environment.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, including Part 145 and Part M.
- Experience working with maintenance planning systems such as TRAX.
- Advanced user of MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
