• Provide strategic leadership for Flight Dispatch and Flight Watch technical and operational functions
• Ensure reliability and continuous enhancement of flight planning and dispatch support systems
• Develop and enforce dispatch policies aligned with regulatory, safety, and operational standards
• Improve on-time performance, cost efficiency, and operational safety through optimized procedures
• Establish and maintain quality control mechanisms within dispatch operations
• Conduct process reviews to identify system gaps and propose operational improvements
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of flight operations projects and business case evaluations
• Manage business analysis for dispatch-related initiatives and ensure completion of requirements documentation
• Identify dispatcher training needs and coordinate regulatory-compliant training programs
• Analyse operational data, weather patterns, NOTAMs, MEL and CDL impacts to improve dispatch performance
• Ensure compliance with ETOPS, EDTO, NAT HLA, FAA, EASA, and ICAO regulations
• Support safety management systems and audit frameworks such as IOSA

• Relevant university qualification with minimum 9 years of aviation or flight operations experience
• Valid Flight Dispatch Licence or equivalent regulatory certification
• Strong background in airline operational control, dispatch administration, or strategic planning
• In-depth knowledge of aviation weather, NOTAM analysis, and operational risk mitigation
• Experience with LIDO or NAVBLUE computer flight planning systems preferred
• Understanding of airport constraints, ATFM programs, slot management, and airspace restrictions
• Strong familiarity with global aviation regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power BI, and analytical tools
• Excellent analytical thinking, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
