- Monitor daily flight operations and proactively address potential disruptions to ensure schedule integrity.
- Support tactical operations within the 30-45 day pre-operations window and daily IOC planning.
- Implement effective recovery plans for irregular operations, balancing safety, cost, and brand impact.
- Analyze operational data and recommend actions to minimize delays or cancellations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including flight dispatch, maintenance, and cabin services for seamless execution.
- Support operational activities related to new aircraft deliveries, inaugural flights, charters, and ad hoc missions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal operational standards as outlined in the Flight Operations Manual.
- Participate in crisis management exercises, special events, and training operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in flight operations or airline control functions.
- Strong understanding of flight dispatch procedures, weather, and NOTAM interpretation.
- Working knowledge of scheduling systems such as Netline or AIMS.
- Familiarity with regulatory and safety requirements in airline operations.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong coordination and teamwork capabilities across operational departments.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
