• Monitor daily flight operations and proactively address potential disruptions to ensure schedule integrity.
• Support tactical operations within the 30-45 day pre-operations window and daily IOC planning.
• Implement effective recovery plans for irregular operations, balancing safety, cost, and brand impact.
• Analyze operational data and recommend actions to minimize delays or cancellations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including flight dispatch, maintenance, and cabin services for seamless execution.
• Support operational activities related to new aircraft deliveries, inaugural flights, charters, and ad hoc missions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal operational standards as outlined in the Flight Operations Manual.
• Participate in crisis management exercises, special events, and training operations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in flight operations or airline control functions.
• Strong understanding of flight dispatch procedures, weather, and NOTAM interpretation.
• Working knowledge of scheduling systems such as Netline or AIMS.
• Familiarity with regulatory and safety requirements in airline operations.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong coordination and teamwork capabilities across operational departments.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
