- Lead revenue management strategies within the cargo inventory team across the QR network.
- Analyze network performance, booking trends, overbooking levels, and capacity utilization to improve profitability.
- Monitor load factors, backlog levels, and entry conditions to ensure effective inventory control implementation.
- Communicate sales steering messages to commercial teams to maximize revenue contribution and manage low or high load situations.
- Act as escalation point for commercial and operational departments regarding booking rejections, ULD requests, and service level compliance.
- Coordinate with network planning on schedule changes, revenue projections, and charter flight performance.
- Provide input for seasonal allotment planning and long‑term cargo optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with analytics teams on structural and ad‑hoc threshold modifications based on demand and route outlook.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools to evaluate large datasets including bookings, market dynamics, and cargo flow performance.
- Prepare and distribute flight dashboards to highlight short‑term commercial opportunities.
- Identify high‑contribution cargo flows and assess low‑margin flows to improve network margin performance.
- Support 24x7 operational roster duties and mentor new team members on network‑based optimization strategies.
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience in cargo revenue management or pricing.
- Background in cargo sales, network planning, or revenue optimization within aviation.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with advanced data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel.
- Ability to interpret booking trends, capacity allocation, and profitability drivers.
- Strong communication skills for coordination between commercial and operational teams.
