Position Overview

- Process landing permits and airport slots as instructed and ensure timely updates in operational systems
- Monitor aircraft movements and delay messages from hub and outstation teams to keep network systems current
- Raise system update requests to reflect operational restrictions and changes for smooth flight operations
- Perform nightly checks of holding slots for Level 3 airports within the rolling five-day window
- Audit operational systems to verify correct cancellation and change codes have been applied within required timelines
- Update charter and positioning flight briefs to ensure all stakeholders have access to accurate operational information
- Support network and pre-operations controllers with daily coordination tasks to maintain safe and punctual operations
- High school qualification with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within an aviation environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a time-critical operational setting
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
