• Create, revise, and maintain cargo manuals, procedures, and documentation in compliance with Qatar Airways policies and IATA regulations.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure that all documentation meets safety, security, and quality standards.
• Issue and distribute operational notifications for regulatory and procedural updates through the Corporate Document Management System (CDMS).
• Develop and manage cargo documentation materials including forms, checklists, and labels for network-wide consistency.
• Provide technical and procedural support to stations and regional teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of standards.
• Assist with internal and external audits by compiling and supplying required documentation.
• Coordinate procurement, maintenance, and distribution of cargo regulatory manuals and operational stationery.
• Participate in contingency and emergency planning as part of the Qatar Airways Special Assistance Program to support operational resilience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with at least 5 years of relevant experience in cargo operations or compliance.
• Strong understanding of general and special cargo handling procedures and safety management systems.
• Knowledge of freighter aircraft handling, IATA regulations, and international cargo compliance standards.
• Ability to communicate technical details effectively to diverse operational teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency in documentation systems and Microsoft Office tools.
