• Lead and manage cargo operations and freighter activities across assigned regional stations
• Define and implement operational procedures and systems for cargo staff within the network
• Oversee ground handling agents and service providers to ensure compliance with airline standards
• Develop reporting mechanisms to monitor station performance and implement corrective actions
• Plan operational improvements and support expansion of new freighter stations
• Ensure cargo build‑up, palletisation, lashing, and load optimisation comply with company manuals and safety standards
• Conduct quality inspections before and after aircraft loading to ensure cargo security and compliance
• Coordinate with customs, government authorities, and internal departments to meet regulatory requirements
• Conduct station audits and performance review meetings with ground handling providers
• Maintain on‑time performance for freighter operations at all outstations
• Ensure availability of load control and technical release processes at international stations

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with minimum 8 years of cargo or aviation operations experience
• Proven experience managing cargo operations and ground handling service providers
• Strong understanding of cargo build‑up standards, flight optimisation, and aviation compliance
• Experience interacting with customs and government authorities
• Strong audit and performance measurement capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision‑making abilities
