• Conduct inspections, adjustments, and tests on aircraft systems and components
• Perform structural repairs, component replacements, and assembly of mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose system malfunctions using tools, test equipment, and maintenance data
• Remove and install engines or components using lifting equipment and following safety procedures
• Service aircraft by checking and replenishing fluids, greasing moving parts, and cleaning systems
• Modify aircraft systems based on technical drawings and engineering documentation
• Document maintenance actions and ensure all activities comply with aviation safety regulations
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and report to supervisors regarding tasks and findings

• High school diploma or vocational training with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of job‑related experience in aircraft maintenance
• Hands‑on experience in mechanical, structural, or systems servicing on commercial aircraft
• Familiarity with aircraft manuals, safety standards, and tooling requirements
• Good understanding of troubleshooting, repair techniques, and preventative maintenance procedures
• Capable of reading technical diagrams and following standard aviation protocols
• Basic math and measurement skills to perform adjustments and calibrations
• Proficient in English with good communication and documentation skills

• Completed aircraft maintenance apprenticeship or formal training program
• Experience working independently on maintenance tasks typical to the assigned aircraft type
• Ability to monitor equipment operation and perform corrective maintenance as needed
