• Operate assigned Material Handling Equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, transport, stack, and position materials in accordance with operational requirements.
• Conduct daily pre-start and post-operation inspections of assigned equipment.
• Report equipment defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately.
• Ensure safe handling of materials to prevent damage to goods, equipment, and facilities.
• Follow all warehouse procedures, traffic management rules, and HSE requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and material movements.
• Assist with receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch activities as required.
• Ensure proper load distribution and compliance with equipment load capacity limits.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic care of assigned equipment.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and logistics personnel to support daily operations.
• Comply with all company, client, and military facility safety and security procedures.
• Support warehouse housekeeping and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Participate in safety training and maintain operational readiness at all times.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in warehouse, logistics, industrial, or military environments.
• Valid operator licenses/certifications for applicable Material Handling Equipment.
• Collectively, the team of operators must possess valid licenses to operate all equipment listed in the attached equipment schedule.
• Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet trucks, stackers, telehandlers, boom lifts, scissor lifts, tow tractors, and other MHE as applicable.
• Good understanding of safe material handling and load securing practices.
• Ability to conduct daily equipment inspections and identify operational defects.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory movement.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and safety procedures.
