The Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, responsible for coordinating day-to-day cargo and logistics activities across air and sea operations. This role includes managing bookings, monitoring shipment status, ensuring accurate documentation, and liaising with airlines, shipping lines, and other service providers. The Operations Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide timely updates, and resolve operational issues to maintain high service standards.

The role also involves tracking performance metrics, supporting process improvements, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. Collaboration with internal teams to optimize workflows and enhance client experience is a key part of this position.

• 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations in Qatar
• Strong knowledge of air, sea, and land freight operations
• Experience in shipping documentation and customs clearance
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
