Driver for Transportation Company in Doha, Qatar
We are a reputable transportation company based in Doha, Qatar and we are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Driver to join our team. We specifically prefer Indian nationals who are fluent in English, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position with benefits including accommodation, free visa, and ticket.
As a Driver for our company, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining our vehicles while providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your main duty will be to transport passengers from one location to another within the city of Doha. You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate company vehicles while strictly adhering to traffic laws and regulations
- Transport passengers to their desired locations in a timely manner
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading baggage or other items
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents that may occur
- Provide excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and courteous towards passengers at all times
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or issues to the appropriate department for repairs
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
- At least 2 years of experience as a professional driver
- Fluent in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage)
- Valid driver's license (preferably from Qatar)
- Clean driving record
- Good knowledge of Doha roads and traffic rules
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work long hours if needed
- Physically fit with good eyesight
- Familiarity with GPS devices
