Eligibility Criteria & Required SkillsCandidates applying for the School Bus Transportation Supervisor vacancy must fulfill the following qualification and skill requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in both English and Arabic (Speaking and Communication).
- Work Experience: Demonstrated background and hands-on experience in school bus coordination, fleet supervision, and route management.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication and organizational capabilities.
- Operational Capabilities: Proven ability to supervise drivers, coordinate buses, ensure punctual student pick-up and drop-off, and oversee daily school transportation operations.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Qatar traffic rules and student transport safety regulations is preferred.
The selected supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day school transport fleet services, including:
- Scheduling routes, assigning buses, and managing driver daily rosters.
- Ensuring strict adherence to road safety, passenger security, and traffic guidelines.
- Maintaining effective communication with school administration, drivers, and fleet managers.
- Handling real-time logistical coordination and resolving transit issues promptly.
- Monitoring overall bus performance, passenger safety standards, and service quality.
Monthly Basic Salary: 4,000 QAR (Qatari Riyal)
