We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Storekeeper to manage day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material handling, documentation and ensuring efficient storage and dispatch of materials, tools and

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, spare parts, tools and consumables
• Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems or manual logs
• Issue materials to operations, maintenance and site teams as per approved requests
• Ensure proper storage, labelling and segregation of materials in compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations, report shortages, damages or discrepancies
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for timely replenishment of stock
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and safety of the warehouse always
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements and applicable local regulations
• Prepare reports on stock levels, usage and inventory movements

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in inventory/warehouse management is an advantage
• Good knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse procedures
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP / inventory systems
• Ability to handle physical work and operate basic warehouse equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a responsible work attitude
• Valid Qatar Driving License – Light Vehicle (Advantageous)

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Assistant
• Preferable experience in Waste Management, Utilities, Facilities Management or Industrial sectors
• Previous experience in a similar role within Qatar is essential

• Manual handling of tools, equipment, and consumables
• Working in warehouse environments, which may include exposure to dust, noise, etc.
• Good hand–eye coordination for counting, sorting, labeling, and organizing stock

• FIFO / FEFO principles and proper stock rotation
• Warehouse safety and HSE practices
• Working knowledge of tools, equipment, spare parts, and consumables
• Awareness of loss prevention and stock accountability
  
  Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Arabic (Advantageous)
