Position Overview

- Administer ERP and Warehouse Management System activities for all warehouse operations
- Assign system‑generated tasks to lead storekeepers, storekeepers, junior storekeepers, drivers, and porters
- Update ERP records for goods receipt, dispatch, invoices, transfers, QC discrepancies, and shipment status
- Prioritize transfers and shipments based on business requirements and stakeholder requests
- Raise and release stock requisitions and transfer orders to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Monitor inbound and outbound discrepancies and ensure timely corrective actions
- Coordinate closely with retail, purchasing, and finance teams to align inventory with demand
- Prepare and publish daily productivity reports for warehouse staff
- Post Goods Receipt Notes and generate GRN reports to update inventory records
- Produce expiry date reports to support purchasing and merchandising decisions
- Ship completed transfer orders to stores and locations and post inbound transfers after verification
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports including purchase orders, transfers, discrepancies, shipments, and pending consignments
- Ensure accurate documentation, filing, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Relevant vocational, tertiary, or trade qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or inventory operations experience
- Strong command of English with clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage workflow, delegate tasks, and meet operational timelines
- Strong mentoring and coaching capability with experience developing team skills
- Excellent organization and time‑management skills
- PC literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Ability to work under pressure to defined schedules and service targets
- Database administration experience is preferred
