PL Warehouse Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced 3PL Warehouse Manager to join our Logistics & Supply Chain Department as part of our continued operational growth and distribution network expansion. The role is responsible for overseeing third‑party logistics (3PL) warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, optimizing warehouse performance, and maintaining high service standards across all storage and distribution activities.

• Manage daily 3PL warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound distribution activities
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers, transportation partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations and on‑time deliveries
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity, inventory accuracy, and service levels while identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual service level agreements (SLAs)
• Lead and support warehouse teams, providing guidance, performance management, and training to maintain operational excellence
• Investigate and resolve operational issues related to inventory discrepancies, shipment delays, damages, and customer service concerns
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate warehouse documentation, inventory records, and performance metrics

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics management, or third-party logistics (3PL) environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control processes, and distribution operations.
• Experience managing 3PL providers, service level agreements (SLAs), and warehouse performance metrics.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements within warehouse and logistics operations.
