Role Description

The Warehouse Incharge role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Doha, Qatar. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in a timely and accurate manner. The Warehouse Incharge monitors stock levels, maintains inventory records, and ensures proper labeling, stacking, and storage of products and equipment. The role includes coordinating loading and unloading activities, supervising warehouse staff, and enforcing safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.

The Warehouse Incharge collaborates with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to support smooth order fulfillment and prompt delivery to customers.

Qualifications
  • Strong stock control and inventory management skills to manage stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
  • Inventory management and operations management skills to oversee warehouse processes and optimize efficiency.
  • Forklift operation skills and experience with material handling equipment to safely move and organize goods.
  • Good communication and leadership skills to supervise warehouse staff and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Attention to detail, basic computer literacy (e.g., inventory systems, spreadsheets), and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role is preferred; knowledge of cleaning products or industrial supplies is an advantage.
