Clotivia is a growing ecommerce brand serving customers across Qatar through our online store and physical shop locations. Speed and accuracy of delivery are at the heart of our customer promise, and we are hiring an experienced operator to own that promise end to end.
About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned Logistics & Operations Manager to take full ownership of our operation: from purchase orders and inbound receiving, through warehousing and stock control, to pick/pack/ship, last‑mile delivery, and stock movements between our warehouse and physical shops. You will be the single point of accountability for getting every order to the customer on time, and for keeping stock at the right levels in the right locations at all times.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment & Shipping: Own the full pick, pack, and ship process for all ecommerce orders, from order receipt to customer delivery.
- Manage daily dispatch schedules and ensure every order ships on time
- Run last‑mile delivery through our fleet and courier/3PL partners
- Handle shipping exceptions: failed deliveries, returns, exchanges, and delivery escalations
Inventory & Stock Control: Own stock levels across all locations: warehouse and physical shops.
- Maintain accurate location‑level inventory (stock per location, bin/shelf per SKU)
- Monitor and act on excess stock, slow movers, and stock‑outs; set and maintain reorder points
- Run regular cycle counts and full stock takes; investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Keep inventory fully synced and accurate between the warehouse, the shops, and Shopify
Warehouse Operations: Run day‑to‑day warehouse operations: receiving, put‑away, scanning, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage all inbound and outbound flows with barcode scanning and system accuracy at every step
- Keep the warehouse organised, safe, and efficient; continuously improve layout and processes
- Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse and fulfillment staff
STOs, POs & Shop Logistics: Create and manage Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) between the warehouse and physical shop locations, inbound and outbound.
- Manage Purchase Orders (POs): raising, tracking, receiving, and reconciling against deliveries
- Replenish each physical shop on time and to plan
- Coordinate with shop teams on transfers, returns to warehouse, and shop‑level stock accuracy
Fleet & Delivery Performance: Manage fleet performance: routing, vehicle utilisation, delivery cost, and driver productivity.
- Track and improve delivery KPIs: on‑time delivery, first‑attempt success rate, cost per delivery
- Manage courier/3PL relationships, rates, and SLAs
Reporting & Operations Performance: Own operational KPIs: order accuracy, dispatch time, on‑time delivery, inventory accuracy, shrinkage, return rate, and cost per order.
- Build and maintain Excel reports and dashboards for stock, orders, transfers, and overall operations performance
- Report weekly to management with clear numbers and action plans
- 5+ years in logistics, warehouse, or ecommerce operations, including 2+ years in a managerial role
- Proven experience running end‑to‑end ecommerce fulfillment: pick, pack, ship, and last‑mile delivery
- Hands‑on experience with STOs, POs, inbound/outbound processing, and barcode scanning workflows
- Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and building operational reports (skills will be tested)
- Strong working knowledge of ecommerce platforms, especially Shopify: orders, inventory, multi‑location, and fulfillment
- Experience managing multi‑location inventory (warehouse plus retail shops)
- Experience managing drivers/fleet and courier or 3PL partners
- Strong leadership: able to run a team, set targets, and hold people accountable
- Organised, detail‑obsessed, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
- Fluent English;
Arabic is a plus - Based in Qatar or ready to relocate; valid Qatar driving licence is a plus
- Experience with a WMS or inventory management system
- Background in fashion/apparel or retail ecommerce
- Experience building processes and SOPs from scratch
