Assistant Stock Controller

Job  NUMBER Career Level Executive Experience 4 Years Gender Male Qualifications Degree Bachelor About the Position About the Role Blue Salon is looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Stock Controller to support inventory accuracy and stock control operations within the Distribution Center

The role will be responsible for cycle counting stock reconciliation investigating discrepancies and maintaining accurate inventory records across WMS and ERP systems

• Conduct regular cycle counts and verify physical stock against system records
• Identify products accurately using style codes
• item codes
• colour
• size
• and other product details
• Reconcile inventory between Infor WMS and Oracle EBS and investigate discrepancies
• Prepare accurate inventory reconciliation and cycle count reports
• Process approved stock adjustments and ensure system records are updated accurately
• Coordinate with warehouse teams on inbound
• outbound
• transfers
• and cross-dock activities
• Support annual external inventory audits and provide required documentation
• Coordinate the write-off and disposal process for damaged or non-saleable stock
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and reporting
• Identify recurring discrepancies and elevate issues to the Inventory Manager
• Ensure compliance with inventory control and warehouse procedures

• Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Business Administration , or a related field.
• 2 4 years of experience in inventory control, stock control, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems , preferably Infor WMS and Oracle EBS.
• Good Microsoft Excel and data reconciliation skills.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and stand for extended periods and handle stock as required.
