We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Stores & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and material management activities for our Oil & Gas projects. The successful candidate must possess extensive experience in handling and controlling IPS (Insulation, Painting & Scaffolding) materials
, ensuring timely availability of project materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Supervise all warehouse and store activities including receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
- Ensure proper material identification, tagging, binning, and storage in accordance with company and project requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory to support ongoing project activities.
- Conduct periodic stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory audits.
- Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and control all Insulation, Painting, and Scaffolding (IPS) materials
, including consumables, equipment, tools, and accessories. - Ensure proper storage and preservation of insulation materials, coatings, paints, scaffolding components, fittings, and related items.
- Monitor material consumption against project budgets and approved material take-offs.
- Coordinate with project teams to forecast material requirements and avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Project, Construction, QA/QC, and Logistics departments for material planning and movement.
- Ensure timely receipt and issuance of project materials to support construction schedules.
- Prepare and maintain material receiving reports (MRR), issue vouchers, stock reports, and inventory records.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Stores/Warehouse Supervision within the Oil & Gas industry
. - Proven experience handling IPS (Insulation, Painting & Scaffolding) materials for industrial shutdown, maintenance, EPC, or construction projects.

- GCC Oil & Gas project experience will be a distinct advantage.
