About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to accurately select items from warehouse inventory to promptly fulfill customer and internal orders.
Key Responsibilities- Pick items from designated storage locations according to pick lists/orders.
- Verify the accuracy of items (SKU, quantity, and condition) before handover.
- Use handheld scanners or WMS to record picked items.
- Report stock shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of picking areas.
- Meet daily picking targets/KPIs.
- Follow warehouse safety protocols and proper handling procedures.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience (mandatory).
- Familiarity with barcode scanners/WMS systems preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderately heavy items for extended periods.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
- Basic numeracy and reading skills for order accuracy.
