About the Role
We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Packer to securely, accurately, and efficiently prepare picked items for shipment in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Pack orders according to specifications, including box size, padding, and labeling.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Seal, label, and stage packages for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate packing records and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure packing materials are adequately stocked and used efficiently.
- Follow quality and safety standards.
- Meet daily packing targets/KPIs.
- Minimum 1–2 years of logistics/warehouse experience (mandatory).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic knowledge of packing materials and shipping requirements.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends when required.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
