Position: Band 3 Admin Ards Hospital(Temporary)

Honeycomb are pleased to be partnering with Ards Community Hospital to recruit for a Temporary Band 3 Administrative Officer.

  • Temporary full time 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 9am
    -5pm
  • Weekly Pay
  • Enhanced holidays after 12 weeks

Role

This temporary Band 3 administrative role involves working alongside a team of Secretaries and Clerical Officers in a fast‑paced clinic environment. The successful candidate will support appointment management, document preparation, and reception activities. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and updating patient appointments and clinic diaries.
  • Completing general administrative tasks, including typing and document production
  • Providing reception cover and assisting with patient and visitor enquiries
  • Supporting colleagues within the wider administrative team
Person

The ideal candidate will be a confident administrator with strong attention to detail and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.

Essential
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience
  • Strong organisational and diary‑management ability
  • Competence in general office duties
Desirable
  • Experience with Encompass or similar systems (training provided)
  • Demonstrated adaptability and teamwork skills.
